Crown top: separate the eggs. Whisk the egg whites and a pinch of salt with the mixer, gradually add the egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla powder, grated orange peel and oil. Then add the flour and baking powder, mixing gently with a spatula. Pour the composition (you need to get a soft cake-like dough) in a guguluf tray, greased with butter and lined with flour, bake in the preheated oven, on the right heat, about 30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test (but you have be careful not to dry it).

Dark chocolate cream: heat the liquid cream together with the dark chocolate on a steam bath (52% cocoa cover), stir from time to time until it melts. Set aside to cool. After it has cooled, add the ground coffee and beat with a mixer to make it creamy.

Green decoration cream: heat the liquid cream together with the white chocolate on a steam bath, stirring until it melts. Set aside. After it has cooled, add the powdered green dye previously dissolved in a teaspoon of warm water, mix well with the mixer.

Assembly and decoration: it is hollowed out of the crown, it is filled with dark chocolate cream, with the help of a posh. Then make flowers from green cream, also using a posh. Decorate with pearls, flakes and coconut.

Note: for chocolate creams, in general, I recommend using chocolate blankets (found in any supermarket), they are high quality compared to regular chocolates, but also affordable.

FLOWER BREAD

I saw this beauty on several blogs, I liked how it looked and I decided to do it too. It is a good looking bread that can handle a festive meal. Let's see how it's done.

flour & # 8211 700 gr
eggs & # 8211 2 pcs.
milk & # 8211 250 ml
fresh yeast & # 8211 1 cube
salt & # 8211 1 teaspoon
sugar & # 8211 1 teaspoon
olive oil & # 8211 100 ml + 20 ml for greasing
Sesame seeds

Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it with the sugar, leave it for 10 minutes. Sift the flour and break the eggs in it, add the oil (100 ml), salt and milk with yeast.

Knead the dough with the help of a robot or with your hands within 15-20 minutes. We make a ball, put it in the bowl in which we kneaded, cover with cling film and keep in a warm place for at least 1 hour (I preheat the oven a little and put the dough to leaven inside).
After an hour (I left 2 hours) divide the dough into three parts & # 8211 one bigger, one smaller and one smaller. We take the big ball of dough and divide it into 5 equal balls (we can use the kitchen scale for more precision). We spread with the twister 5 sheets of equal size, overlapping them (grease with oil between the sheets to prevent them from sticking, the last sheet, however, we do not grease it).

We put the top of the sheets on an oven tray, lined with baking paper. We make incisions in the middle with a very sharp knife (see the image for the number of incisions). We lift each petal to the extremities in turn, forming a crown.

We take the average ball of dough, we divide it into 5 smaller balls and we proceed in the same way as with the first ones, only that here the dimensions of the sheets will be smaller, so that they will fit inside the gap left at the crown. We make the same number of incisions and arrange the sheets inside the crown, unfolding the petals as in the first case, only we have to make it in the same way as the petals of the crown no. 2 not to overlap with the petals of the crown no.1.

We knead the last and smallest ball to give it a spherical shape and arrange it inside our flower. Grease the surface of the bread with milk or oil and press with sesame seeds.

Put in the preheated oven (200 degrees) for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and keep for another 15 minutes.

Japan

Although Christianity is not widespread in Japan (only 1% of Japanese are Christians), around Christmas, most people in this country decorate their homes with fir branches and make gifts.

They even borrowed Santa Claus, whom I call Hotei-Osho. He has magical powers and some charming eyes in the back of his head, with which he can see if the little ones are good or not.

Japanese Christmas is not a day celebrated in the family, eating roast turkey and cake, but one in which you have to do good things, visit sick people, be gentle and generous.
