- sauerkraut approx. 2000 g,
- yellow onion 2 pieces,
- carrots 2 pieces,
- bacon approx. 300 g,
- freshly ground pepper,
- thyme,
- Bay leaf,
- dried dill,
- paprika

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pickled cabbage with bacon:
Peel onions, sauté in a little oil and water, along with finely chopped carrots and bacon. Meanwhile, finely chop the sauerkraut and add to the onion and bacon mixture. Season with spices, transfer to pressure cooker, complete with approx. 1500 ml of water and bring to a boil under pressure approx. 35 minutes. Serve hot with polenta or fresh bread!
