RECIPE PREPARATION Turkey soup:

The meat is boiled in 2 l. Of cold water. When it boils, it foams. Ingredients

  • 4-5 pieces of turkey meat
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small celery
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 handful of noodles
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • juice from a lemon
  • salt
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Method of preparation

  1. Put a smaller pot of boiling water, add the meat when it starts to boil and let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Then this water, wash the meat well and put it to boil in a 5-6 l bowl full of water. When it starts to boil, turn the heat to low and cover well with a lid.
  3. Let the meat boil slowly so that the water does not evaporate quickly, and after 2 and a half hours try a piece of meat. If it is almost cooked, add salt and all the finely chopped vegetables (peppers, onions, carrots, celery) and let them simmer for another 20 minutes.
  4. Then add the tomato sauce.
  5. When the meat and vegetables are well cooked, add a handful of noodles and let it boil for a few minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, beat the egg well with a little juice from the soup, add it to the soup bowl, stir and turn off the heat.
  7. Then add the squeezed lemon juice and finely chopped parsley. Leave the soup covered for 20-30 minutes.

Turkey soup is served hot, with a tablespoon of sour cream as desired. Good appetite!

I had some turkey leftovers in the oven and instead of throwing them away I managed to make a delicious turkey soup.

And this is not only delicious, but also healthy. It has so much ginger and garlic that it is perfect to fight seasonal colds.

This turkey soup recipe is made in less than 30 minutes and it's so easy that a child can do it too.

If you take a look at the recipe, you will see that it has only 5 simple steps.

I know many foodies like chicken better, so I have some advice for you. You can replace the turkey with chicken (leftovers or roast)

You don't have to change anything in this recipe other than meat.

So if you have a whole chicken in the oven that you can't prove, this is the best way to use leftovers.
