The washed and selected spinach is boiled in salted water and we let it boil for a few minutes and then we strain it.
Chop the onion, leurda, grind the garlic and heat them in a little oil. Add the flour and let it cook for about 1 minute. Then add the cold milk and mix.
When it starts to boil, add the spinach and leave it on the fire for another 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Season with salt to taste and serve.
